Sermon Title: Starting from Below

(2 Kings 5:1-27)

Rev. Erik Kindem, July 7, 2019

Quick Summary:

The story of Naaman is not only a story of God's healing through Elisha for a person outside of Israel. It is a story of how God works through the supposed "inconsequential" ones of this world to plant seeds of transformation. It's not the headlines or headliners who drive this story, but the nearly invisible, nameless ones who, working below the radar, are the catalysts and most in tune with God's purposes. We are invited to join them, becoming messengers of the transformation which the reign of God brings.
